Buses
Pentyrch village is served by three buses the 136 (Stagecoach), 200 (Veolia) and 138 (Veolia)
Bus 136 Stagecoach
This bus runs approximately hourly Mon-Sat from Pentyrch-Cardiff Bus Station. It travels from Pentyrch to Gwaelod-y-Garth, Whitchurch, North Road, Westgate Street to Cardiff Bus Station.
The bus leaves from bay C4 in Cardiff bus station.
Between 08:30 and 15:30 the 136 travels from Cardiff (30 mins past the hour) to Pentyrch goes round the village and leaves from near the shops (4min past the hour) getting into Cardiff at 35 mins past the hour.

Earlier buses 07:05 & 07:45 (Pentyrch - shops)
travel from Creigiau (approx 5 mins earlier). They get into Cardiff at 07:35 and 08:35.
Later buses from Cardiff travel to Creigiau. Note the first of these is 16:40 from Cardiff and then 17:30 and 30mins past the hour until 21:30.
Bus 138 Veolia
On Sunday a Veolia bus 138 which runs approximately one and half hourly. The sevice goes from Pentyrch to Gwaelod y Garth, Morganstown, Radyr, Llandaf, Cardiff Bus Station (C4). The first bus leave Pentyrch at 11:02 and the last 21:32 - they arrive in Cardiff 34mins later.
From Cardiff the service starts 10:00 (arrives Pentyrch 10:36) and with the last bus at 20:30 (arrives Pentyrch 21:06)
Bus 200 Veolia
Veolia run a bus 200 which leaves Pentyrch at 10:00 (High Corner) and arrives Cardiff Bus Station 10:30. It operates during the week. The return from Cardiff Bus Station (bay C5) is 13:50 arriving Pentyrch 14:20.
The bus comes from Church Village via Creigiau and goes on to Tongwynllais, the Heath Hospital and Cardiff Bus Station.
